Terms Of Service

This document outlines of the terms of agreement (the "Agreement") between the link buyer (the "Bidder") and TheWebDevIndex (the "Directory").

The Bidder must agree to the terms of this document to bid with the Directory.

Link Policy

• Link details cannot be changed unless specifically permitted by TheWebDevIndex
• Links are listed permanently in our directory but position is determined by bids
• Links can be removed at any time for violating our link policies
• Links to warez, hacking, spam, adult website itselfs or other illegal Web sites are strictly forbidden
• Links must not contain ALL CAPS or too many adjectives like "cool", "awesome", the best, etc.
• Valid link titles, URLs and descriptions are always at the discretion of TheWebDevIndex
• We do not require a reciprocal link, however if you can list our web site, it is greatly appreciated.

We certainly do not tolerate URLs that include any of the following:

• Adult, gambling, drug or pharmacy content.
• URLs that have substantially the same content as other domains available on the web.
• URLs whose sole purpose is to direct the user to another page (example: doorway pages).
• URLs for pages that hide or disguise text from the user.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Bids are non-refundable.
• You can remove a bid or link by contacting us. Once ownership is confirmed your link can be removed, however no bids will be refunded.
